Everything you need before your first jump — dress code, bookings, parties and more.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing — shorts, leggings or tracksuits work best. Remove all jewellery. Trampoline socks are included in your ticket. Bring your own trampoline socks for ₹100 off. Extra socks available at the park. No jeans or hard-soled shoes allowed on trampolines.
Is there an age or weight restriction?
No age restrictions — toddlers (who can walk unassisted) to seniors are all welcome. Children below 5 years can enjoy our Soft Play and Softplay Gaming zone (60 or 90 minute sessions). Older kids and adults use trampoline tickets. Weight restrictions apply for Sky Hang (max 100kg) and the Zipline Rollercoaster (height & weight specs apply) for safety.
Can I book for a birthday party?
Absolutely! We host birthday parties, kitti parties, family events and custom celebrations. Book online for packages and availability — we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for weekends.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we strongly recommend booking online — especially weekends, holidays and large groups. Secure online payment via Razorpay ensures your slot is confirmed before you arrive.
Can I get a refund or cancel my booking?
All bookings are final. Once your payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or transfers — whether you change your plans, arrive late, or do not attend. Please review your date, time and pass type carefully before paying. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is parking available?
Yes — free ample parking for 100+ vehicles right outside the venue, including dedicated spots for people with disabilities. The park is easily accessible by auto-rickshaw from Pathardi Phata and central Nashik.
Is there food available inside?
For now, we offer ice creams and packaged water on site — perfect for a quick refresh between sessions. Outside birthday cakes are welcome for party bookings.
